Your HydraFacial

Each HydraFacial treatment lasts about 30 minutes. Before your first appointment, your aesthetic professional will examine your skin, talk to you about your specific concerns, and perform a VISIA® skin analysis, if desired. He or she will help you map out a treatment plan that may include multiple HydraFacial treatments, spaced several weeks apart, or even complementary treatments, such as dermal fillers.

Your HydraFacial is a relaxing treatment performed in our office, and no special preparation is needed beforehand. For most patients, a HydraFacial treatment is a 4-step process.

1. Vortex-Exfoliation™: With ingredients including alpha-hydroxy acids, the first step exfoliates skin, removing the outermost layer of dead, dull cells and making skin more receptive to other ingredients.
2. Vortex-Peel™: HydraFacial’s Glysal™ serum, a powerful mix of salicylic and glycolic acid, further exfoliates skin, reduces congestion, and improves skin’s overall radiance without the downtime associated with many peels.
3. Vortex-Extraction™: Using gentle suction, your aesthetic professional unclogs pores and removes stubborn dirt, oil, and impurities.
4. Vortex-Fusion™: A nutrient-dense serum is delivered to the skin, penetrating the deeper layers for a comprehensive improvement.

Your results can be extended with regular at-home use of HydraFacial’s Daily Essentials™ products, which are designed to complement your results.

Recovery

One of the most appealing characteristics of HydraFacial is that it doesn’t require any sort of downtime or recuperation. Just like a traditional facial, you can leave our office, apply makeup, and immediately get back to your regular activities — whether it’s work, errands, or spending time with friends. After your treatment, your beautiful, glowing complexion reflects your relaxed, renewed state of mind.

Your skin is likely to look and feel its best for up to a week after your treatment. For sustained improvement, or to see a significant reduction in lines, sun damage, and other concerns, we often recommend a series of HydraFacial treatments spaced about 1 month apart.
